Jayne Abernethy

Jayne Abernethy joined Lenoir-Rhyne in 2016 as the assistant director for donor engagement and now serves as the human resource specialist. In her role with HR, she provides assistance with all areas of the employee lifecycle, which begins with job-posting, onboarding new hires, educating students and active employees, compliance, reporting and celebrating accomplishments. She aims to ensure the HR department is an inclusive, welcoming environment for all employees and students across all three of LR's campuses.
